Stewart K. Ward, PLS
Owner, Chubbuck Office Manager

Stewart is a PLS in Idaho and Utah and has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics from Idaho State University. He has been involved with surveying since 2001 and is experienced in land surveys, ground based LiDAR, construction staking, mapping, and GIS applications.

Stewart manages all projects. His combination of experience and training qualifies him to perform all required survey duties on a variety of projects.

 

 

 

 

 

Gwen Inskeep, LSIGwen Photo

Gwen graduated from Idaho State University in 2011 with an Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering Technology and in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Geomatics Technology; she has been a part of Dioptra’s surveying team ever since.

Gwen has been involved in an array of services such as ground based LiDAR, construction staking, boundary surveying, control surveying, and mapping to name a few.  Gwen is currently Dioptra’s LiDAR/HDS manager and is a qualified NGS OPUS Projects Manager, giving her the ability to handle any control projects that come through the office.

 

 

 

 

 

Cardon Payne
Survey Technician

Cardon began working for Dioptra in May 2014 while he was a student in the ISU Geomatics Technology Program. He graduated from the program with a Bachelor’s Degree in 2016.

Cardon has been involved in an array of services such as ground based LiDAR, construction staking, boundary surveying, QC/QA services, and mapping to name a few. Cardon is currently preparing to take the Fundamentals of Surveying Exam to become a registered LSI. Key projects include the FMC Pocatello Capping Project and the Silver King Mine Boundary and Topo survey.

 

 

 

 

Darrell Hanners
Survey Technician

img_3380Darrell graduated from ISU in May 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Geomatics Technology; he began working for Dioptra right after graduation.

Darrell has been involved in an array of services such as ground based LiDAR, construction staking, boundary surveying, QC/QA services, and mapping to name a few. Darrell is currently preparing to take the Fundamentals of Surveying Exam to become a registered LSI. Key projects include the South Maybe Canyon Mine Cross Valley Fill Reclamation and the Ashton Hill Pre-Engineering Survey.
