Dioptra adds Cory Scoffield. Cory is a recent graduate of Idaho State University with a degree in Geomatics Engineering Technology.  Cory has spend the last couple of years working with the Idaho Transportation Department's District 5 Location Surveyors in Pocatello, ID.  Cory brings knowledge of ITD workflows and standards along with extensive experience in research and field work on transportation projects.  He has experience in Microstation and the ITD drafting standards and workflows.  We are excited to have Cory on the Dioptra team and are excited to watch him expand his knowledge and experience in surveying.
